Hand-picked from the cool climate Mt Jagged vineyard, these grapes were transformed with minimal intervention and wild yeast into a soft expression of our coastal highland micro-region. A serious and savoury nose of cinnamon, vanilla bean, cherry and dried herbs, is followed by a rounded and generous palate of red fruit, cedar and integrated oak complexity. This full flavoured Shiraz has a soft and lengthy finish, and leaves you feeling truly indulged.
